Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Alternatives Capital Formation (ACF) team, you will be responsible for managing capital raising and strategy across various alternative investments such as private equity, private credit, real estate, and more. Collaborating with professionals across different sectors, you will deliver a comprehensive alternatives investment offering to clients. Additionally, as part of the Investor Relations (IR) team, you will provide client service to limited partners by keeping them informed on fund performance, portfolio updates, and upcoming capital activities. Key Responsibilities: - Investor Reporting: Produce and update investor materials, including holdings summaries, performance analysis, and cashflow projections. - Fund Reporting: Support quarterly fund reporting with a deep understanding of fund performance and portfolio construction. - Communication: Engage with product specialists to deliver effective messages to investors about fund portfolio updates. - Capital Activity: Inform and support investors through capital activity cycles. - Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across ACF, fund finance, legal, and compliance to ensure a seamless investor experience. - Educate: Track and maintain relevant content based on historical client requests to enhance future client service. - Process Improvement: Advocate for process improvements within the business to support an enhanced client experience. Qualifications: - Excellent communication (written and oral), analytical, and interpersonal skills - Strong judgement, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail - Flexibility to handle multiple tasks under pressure - Strong organizational skills to manage high-quality work within tight timeframes - Teamwork orientation, self-motivation, and willingness to take on more responsibility - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills - 6+ years of experience in a similar or related role, with previous experience in Investment Banking or Investing considered advantageous,
