Key job responsibilities:

The purpose of this position is to assist and manage the client database to achieve the process objectives. Additional responsibilities will be to provide support activities for the system, including queries and effectively communicating with the client. Responsible for providing level2 technical/customer support

• Responsible for responding to client e-mails and calls and meeting all assigned SLAs
• Actively participate in team meetings, company-offered training, development programs, and other initiatives taken by the company
• Maintain all type of SLAs and quality standards established by Integreon/client.
• Responsible to manage all tickets in our ticketing system and prioritize tickets based on severity
• Responsible to provide resolutions as per the playbook, guidelines, training material or based on the discussion with manager
• Responsible to update playbook with new type of information/resolutions
• Responsible to effectively communicate with client via email/chat/skype calls
• Responsible to update the tracking system with the latest information
• Responsible for maintaining trackers/reports related to the process
• Ensure all SLA/targets are met as per the said deadline
• Responsible for other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Any Graduate

Previous experience with client management in customer service role

3-5 years of previous office experience is preferred

UK and US shifts (includes night shift)
