Job Description

Job Title: Demand Planning Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions and optimize inventory management.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on supply chain optimization strategies.

Job Requirements :

3-6 years of experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, or a related field.
Strong understanding of demand analysis, forecasting, and inventory planning principles.
Proficiency in using tools such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) software or similar systems.
