Job Description

As a Sr. Analyst - International Voice Process, you will be responsible for providing customer service support through inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels as required by clients. Your primary role will involve resolving routine problems related to client products or services to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: - Ensuring that service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Understanding customer requirements and utilizing decision-support tools for resolution - Maintaining basic knowledge of client offerings - Listening to customer needs, showing empathy, and building rapport - Offering additional products and services to enhance customer experience Qualifications required: - Skills in INBOUND & OUTBOUND VOICE - Experience in INBOUND CALL and INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS - Familiarity with CHAT PROCESS and TROUBLESHOOTING IN CISCO - Graduation qualification - Full-time, permanent position in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry Please note the Job Code: GO/JC/604/2025 and Recruiter Name: Priya Srinivasan for reference.,
