Analyst, Cyber Threat Intelligence

As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at NewsCorp, your role will involve analyzing, detecting, and communicating cyber threats. You will be responsible for maintaining awareness of the cyber threat landscape and providing key updates to leadership and InfoSec teams. Your duties will include adhering to documented processes for completing alert tickets and various types of monitoring, providing process feedback for enhancement, and producing threat intelligence products, reports, and briefings for tactical and strategic stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain awareness of the cyber threat landscape and provide updates to leadership and InfoSec teams - Adhere to documented processes for completing alert tickets and various types of monitoring, including Brand Protection, VIP Protection, Found Credentials, Sanctions Monitoring, Subscription Reselling, and Fraudulent Applications - Provide process feedback for enhancement - Produce threat intelligence products, reports, and briefings - Establish and apply a threat modeling methodology - Identify collection gaps and maintain intelligence gathering practices - Collaborate with peer teams to provide relevant intelligence and assess potential threats Qualifications Required: - Experience level of 1+ years - In-depth security research experience with excellent writing and critical thinking skills - Functional understanding of common threat analysis models - Experience in Information Security, Threat Intelligence tools, and Management platforms - Strong knowledge of attack vectors and tactics employed by cyber threat actors - Ability to convey technical information effectively to technical and non-technical audiences - Preferred Security Certifications: CTIA, GCTI, GCIH, GDAT, OSCP, CHFI, CEH This job is posted with NTS Technology Services Pvt.
