Analyst Controllership IND

As an Accounting Specialist at Ameriprise India LLP, you will be responsible for performing accounting, reconciliation, and reporting functions for specialized processes such as Intercompany transactions, Fixed Assets, Software Capitalization, Fee Billing, Real Estate Accounting, and Allocations. Your main goal will be to ensure the accurate and timely completion of all internal and external service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile General Ledger Accounts and create Accounting/Journal entries based on supporting documents and bank statements. - Generate reports based on Accounting and Reconciliation processes. - Update control trackers and maintain scorecards to ensure control and timelines are met. - Participate in cross trainings and backup creation. - Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain close communication with customer business partners, technologies, and interface groups. Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to generate MIS reports in PowerPoint. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
