Analyst Controllership IND

You will be responsible for performing Accounting, Reconciliation, and Reporting functions on a day-to-day basis for Specialized Accounting processes such as Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Software Capitalization, Fee Billing, Real Estate Accounting, Allocations, etc. It is crucial to accurately and timely meet all internal and external service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: - Perform the reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts - Create Accounting/Journal entries based on supports/bank statements - Generate reports based on Accounting and Reconciliation processes - Regularly update control trackers and prepare scorecards to ensure control and timelines - Complete all deliverables and support cross trainings and backup creation - Participate in standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and other business partner initiatives - Maintain close contact with customer business partners, technologies, and other interface groups Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Experience with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to generate MIS reports in PowerPoint - Strong communication and presentation skills About Our Company: Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years.
