Job Responsibilities:

Identifying problems across the business that can be solved using data and analytics.
Analyse and interpret information to improve business efficiency and effectiveness by identifying trends and benchmarks.
Work closely with the operations teams to define KPI and Performance Metrics.
Communicating analyses in a way that business managers' Leadership Team can easily understand.

Core Competencies:

Strong arithmetic and logic skills
Able to understand the business problem statement and how to link it with data.
Proficiency in using Excel for Advanced Analytics.
Ability to work with big data
A self-starter- Can drive projects with minimal guidance.
Ability to multi-task and deliver on a diverse range of requirements
Strong Communication skills

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in either Engg, Maths or Business.
1+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis in Supply Chain.
