Analyst, Business Systems

Your role at this company will involve the deployment and support of various business systems applications. You will be expected to add value to the Supply Chain team by handling tactical and strategic responsibilities. This includes leveraging technology, improving systems adoption, supporting compliance, reducing Supply Chain costs, and enhancing process efficiencies in the business systems. Your responsibilities will cover testing, knowledge sharing, training, functional support, and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in improving systems adoption, utilization, and increasing value across Supply Chain applications. - Provide prompt resolution to help desk tickets through Service Now and offer ongoing support on SC applications such as Coupa and Ariba. - Engage in continuous improvement projects using project management methodology and collaboration skills to deliver high-quality and effective solutions. - Work with cross-functional teams of Business and IT users to execute business systems and process design modifications and implementations. - Develop end-user training materials, micro-learning courses, and deliver training to internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and business partners. - Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and management regarding requirements, project status, and issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related field. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and concise business communications. - Strong computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to grasp business problems, set goals, objectives, and provide solutions. - Team player with motivation to contribute, flexibility, and the ability to work with stakeholders in different locations to achieve common objectives. - Hands-on experience with Coupa or Ariba, Indirect Procurement (S2P) experience, Master Data support, Supply Chain knowledge, and exposure to Service Now will be advantageous. You will be part of an internal and global team, with primary contacts in Purchasing, logistics, and IT groups across different regions. Additionally, you will interact with all levels of the organization on project and analyst assignments, as well as with external suppliers and business partners. Your role will also involve participating in cross-functional teams to ensure the testing and approval of integrated processes across applicable functional modules.
