Analyst - BPM Process Modeler

Role Overview: As an ARIS Process Modeler (Associate Consultant) at KPMG's Advisory function within the Management Consulting practice, you will be working with clients on various business issues such as Financial Management, Business Effectiveness, People and Change, Operational Strategy, and Technology. Key Responsibilities: - Support the coordination, harvesting, and deployment of insights/assets across transformation projects/engagements. - Collaborate with the Global Insights lead and other Global MC strategy program leads to ensure project activities align with the project plan. - Standardize and document process-related content including process models, KPIs, benchmarks, leading practices, etc. - Manage and maintain detailed industry-specific process reference architecture and repository. - Identify deviations from approved artifacts standards/notations and recommend appropriate changes to meet agreed standards. - Assist onshore client teams in establishing process content libraries tailored to project requirements. - Customize process assets and repositories for various industries/functions. Qualifications: The Individual: - Possess 1-3 years of work experience for the Associate Consultant level. - Proficient in ARIS (preferable), Provision, or any other process mapping tool. - Have a good understanding of Benchmarks, KPIs, and Metrics. - Familiarity with BPMN, EPC, and other industry process modeling notations. Expected Skills: - Understand Business Process Management basics with hands-on process modeling experience. - Experience in As-is and To-be analysis for business process improvement/re-engineering initiatives across sectors. - Knowledge of setting up BPM asset libraries/reference architecture documentation and content repositories. - Ability to map, align, and manage content from different sources to drive process restructuring and excellence. - Understanding of process KPIs, metrics, and industry benchmarks.
