Analyst - BPM Process Modeler

Role Overview: As an ARIS Process Modeler (Associate Consultant) at KPMG's Advisory function within the Management Consulting practice, you will work on a variety of business issues like Financial Management, Business Effectiveness, People and Change, Operational Strategy, and Technology. Key Responsibilities: - Support the coordination, harvesting, and deployment of insights/assets across transformation projects/engagements. - Collaborate with the Global Insights lead and other Global MC strategy program leads to ensure project activities are completed according to the plan. - Standardize and document process-related content such as process models, KPIs, benchmarks, and leading practices. - Manage and maintain detailed industry-specific process reference architecture and repository. - Identify deviations from approved standards/notations and recommend necessary changes for compliance. - Assist onshore client teams in establishing process content libraries based on project requirements. - Customize process assets and repository for various industries and functions. Qualifications: The Individual: - 1-3 years of work experience for the Associate Consultant level. - Proficiency in ARIS (preferred), Provision, or any other process mapping tool. - Good understanding of Benchmarks, KPIs, and Metrics. - Familiarity with BPMN, EPC, and other industry process modeling notations. Expected Skills: - Understanding of Business process management basics with hands-on process modeling experience. - Experience in As-is and to-be analysis for business process improvement/re-engineering initiatives. - Knowledge of setting up BPM asset libraries/reference architecture documentation and content repositories. - Ability to map, align, and manage content from different sources to drive process restructuring and excellence. - Understanding of process KPIs, metrics, and industry benchmarks. Qualification: - Graduate Degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute.,
