As an Associate Lead-Employee Relations based in Mysore, you will be responsible for various key areas within the HR domain. Your primary responsibilities will include tracking compliance for processes, identifying deviations, and providing recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in employer branding and positioning by utilizing feedback and survey data to support the development of implementation plans and strategies. You will be actively involved in function-specific initiatives, HR analytics, metrics, and reporting by collating and analyzing data related to HR processes and programs. Furthermore, you will assist in HR systems and processes management, deployment, and operations to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement. Your role will also encompass knowledge management, HR capability building, policy formulation, research, benchmarking, advisory services, and vendor relationship management. Additionally, you will participate in benchmarking projects, data consolidation, analysis, and preparation of status reports to support decision-making processes. In terms of competencies and skill set, you are expected to possess analytical skills, networking abilities, and strong presentation and communication skills. Employee engagement, building collaborative partnerships, problem-solving, and effective communication are vital aspects of this role.
