Analyst Account Payable (T&E)

As an individual working in this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Coporate Card Maintenance, System Administration and Maintenance, Help Desk Support, Reporting, Analysis, and Reconciliation, Continuous Improvement, and Project Support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting in the maintenance and coordination of Corporate Travel card and Purchasing card for all locations, including new card issuance, card changes, and cancellations. - Assisting in new user setup and maintenance in relevant applications and tools such as Concur. - Resolving customer service requests and escalations related to Corporate Travel and Purchasing Card. - Generating reports and conducting preliminary analysis on management reporting metrics and statistics for the Corporate card program. - Monitoring and analyzing aging and open items related to corporate travel and purchasing cards. - Assisting in reconciliation of PCard and Travel Expense, along with administering US Business Travel accounts and preparing monthly Concur expense reports. - Proactively identifying trends and patterns in processes and customer feedback to drive process improvements and cost reduction. - Supporting User Acceptance Testing and small initiatives related to process excellence, process improvements, and implementation. In addition to the key responsibilities, the required qualifications for this role include: - Working knowledge of interfaced ERP environments would be helpful. - Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work effectively in a globally diverse environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities. - Attention to detail with good time management skills. - Highly motivated, analytical, and self-starter. - Strong customer service orientation.
