Analista Mantenimiento Instrumentista

As a Maintenance Engineer at Silao factory, your main purpose is to maintain the optimal operation, conservation, and safety of various systems and equipment including instrumentation, measurement and control devices, knowledge for process automation and control for manufacturing areas and general services. You will be responsible for executing the instrument calibration program to ensure reliability in measurement, control, and operation of each industrial process or service. - Execute the instrument calibration program following work instructions and standard instruments to ensure their correct functioning. - Implement preventive actions through planned preventive maintenance orders (SAP) to ensure the proper operation of goods and equipment. - Understand and apply the Safety Policy, provide training on established procedures in the SHE system. - Apply established guidelines for safe intervention in equipment (safe modes of operation and maintenance). - Apply and support the dissemination of the Quality Policy. - Ensure compliance with GMP's (BPM's) standards. - Actively participate in reviewing and updating procedures related to your work area. - Support personnel participation in internal auditor training programs and Quality Internal Audits. - Participate in operational meetings to propose maintenance frequencies, procedures, and calibration and maintenance instructions, ensuring optimal functioning of measurement and control elements. - Prepare and control calibration reports and labeling of instruments in your areas. - Provide support in the implementation of projects in automation, energy, and water savings areas by specifying instrumentation, scope, and contracting of work with third parties, supervising implementation, system programming and simulation, testing, commissioning, operator training, and project follow-up. - Participate in implementing improvement ideas in your area. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electricity, and Automation. - Full-time availability for rotating shifts. - Knowledge of Metrology, Electronic instrumentation 4-20 mA for flow, pressure, temperature variables. - Familiarity with technical instructions and instrument calibration procedures. - Understanding of food safety and regulations, and Process Control.,
