Job Description

Advanced Excel

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced
Excel analysis
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Nested IF, COUNTIF, and other functions.
Manage
rebate processes
including discount coupons, incentive calculations, validation, dispute management, reconciliation, and billing.
Collaborate with FP&A team to support rebate-linked financial planning and reporting.
Read and interpret agreements to validate rebate values and ensure accurate rebate calculation.
Handle rebate communication channels (Mail Rebate / Text Rebate).
Provide accurate reporting and ensure timely closure of rebate and incentive-related activities.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent knowledge of
Advanced Excel
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of
Rebate Management & Incentive Calculations
.
Experience in
rebate dispute handling, reconciliation, and validation
.
Ability to interpret agreements and translate them into accurate rebate calculations.
Exposure to
FP&A processes
along with rebate operations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
