Aml Compliance Manager

This is regarding opening for Deputy Manager - AMC Compliance Anti-Money Laundering with India's leading Bank!!

Position

• Identifying and tracking account transactions in accordance with PMLA rules and the RBI's periodically released KYC/AML/CFT guidelines will be your responsibility as a member of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. Other crucial tasks for the position include:
• Red flags and alerts produced by the AML system are analyzed to find possible suspicious conduct.
• examination of odd transaction patterns based on several system-defined scenarios
• Send AML alerts to the appropriate branches or enterprises so they can conduct more thorough due diligence and follow up before closing the alerts.
• Reporting suspicious transactions promptly and following law enforcement's instructions Names in the negative database are updated as needed.
• preparing and submitting CTR, CCR, NTR, STR, and CBWTR reports to FIU India within the allotted period.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the laws, rules, procedures, and emerging trends pertaining to money laundering and terrorism funding.
• Help in determining any systemic procedural flaws and the need for more training or a process review.
  

Workplace Requirements :

• Graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of three years' experience in banking
• knowledgeable about how the Core Banking System operates
  accustomed to using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Being able to use V-lookup will be beneficial.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• Analytical abilities in relation to transaction monitoring and the ability to spot odd transactions with a keen eye for detail will be advantageous.
• Should remain up to date on the latest advancements with KYC, AML, and CFT monitoring
• certification in AML would be preferred
