Job Description

As an AM/DM - Sourcing and Closing in Sales, your role involves complying with organizational guidelines on targets for yourself and the project. You are expected to self-train and seek support from colleagues and supervisors to learn Real Estate Norms, processes, and the assigned project/s. It is crucial to invest discipline and interest in gaining market knowledge, including competition projects, marketing campaigns, pricing, offers, and related details connected to the micro-market on the assigned project. Achieving the minimum threshold of assigned targets and ensuring conversions at an average of 15% are key responsibilities. Additionally, you must maintain Lead to walk-in at 10% and Walk-in to booking ratios at 15%, while containing cancellations to the minimum average threshold of 10% as per the guidelines. Adherence to SFDC and complete system orientation is necessary to ensure organizational compliance and efficiencies are met. Planning for new avenues and channels to improve sourcing and conversions, as well as maintaining ethics, integrity, and a code of conduct at all levels, are essential to establish a conducive professional environment to achieve organizational business goals.
