As a part of this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing NEXA Service Score Card Schemes and other incentive schemes aimed at keeping dealers motivated and enhancing business performance. Your focus will be on ensuring the healthy revenue generation for dealership/MSIL by strategically pricing service labour rates and extended warranty prices. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring the performance of various business parameters for dealerships and providing suggestions for improvement to drive effective business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.,
