Work Mode: Work From Office (6 Days)Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

About the Company:

A fast-growing real estate developer in NCR, delivering premium residential & commercial projects with focus on innovation, transparency, and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise site execution of civil works including structural, finishing, and external development.
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedule, cost, and quality standards.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs for project execution.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for smooth project delivery.
Ensure strict compliance with
quality standards, HSE norms, and project management systems
.
Conduct regular inspections and resolve site-related technical issues.
Prepare and review
project reports, MIS, DPR, WPR, and progress presentations
for management.
Manage contracts, work orders, bills, and certification of executed work.
Support in
procurement planning, material reconciliation, and rate analysis
.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractor teams.
