Role & responsibilities

1) Ability to work incross-functional teams and at multiple levels in the plant.

2) Displays strong coaching and influencing skills, along with the ability to inspire employees and

managers on all levels.

3) Must be goal-oriented and proactive in problem solving, coupled with creativity and high

energy levels , Passionate & purpose driven.

4) Have practicle Knowledge of 10 pillar of World class manufacturing / TPM implementation

(Autonomous Maintenance / Professional Maintenance / Focus improvements etc)

5) To propagate Lean Manufacturing concept to focus on PQCDSME and seven wastes.

6) To cultivate and promote a high standard of morals, ethicsamongst organizational members.

7) To provide assistance to substance the Lean Manufacturing systems from top to grass root

level.

8) Expertise in implementation of 5S,3M,Safty,Modele machine concept, ITR, Vapco,

SMED,POKAYOKE,SPC,FMEA,MSA, flow manufacturing

9) Expertise in using value stream mapping (VSM) technology in cost saving & Productivity

improve project

10) Implement the Six Sigma project For Reduction in Rejection / improvement in productivity etc

Preferred candidate profile

1) Lead and execute the WCM / TPM and 5S culture and program for the plant as well as guide

the company standards within the plant and serve as a change agent for continuous

improvement throughout the operation.

2) Drive WCM / TPM events within the plant and train the equipment operators and supervisors

how to maintain the equipments as well as participating in continuous improvement

programs.

3) Coordinate with the operations, maintenance and engineering teams to develop and improve

autonomous, preventative, predictive, and reliability maintenance programs and other Pillar

4) Provide coaching, mentoring and training on the application of WCM / TPM methodology,

culture, and tools in one-on-one and group settings to reinforce knowledge and skills attained

during WCM/ TPM training.

5) Provide training on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), PDCA Principles, Root Cause &

Problem-Solving Techniques, Visual Management, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Poka-Yoke,

A3 Thinking & Kaizen.

6) Execute a WCM/ TPM learning/training plan for the plant.
