Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating all AMC contract-related operations, including documentation, renewals, service scheduling, and client coordination to ensure the smooth delivery of AV services. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, update, and maintain AMC/service contracts - Track renewals and service SLAs - Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules - Maintain service call logs and compliance records - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field technicians - Support invoice, PO, and GRN documentation - Prepare MIS reports for management Qualifications Required: - Graduated in any discipline - 1-3 years of experience in AMC/Service/Documentation roles preferred - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word - Good communication skills in Hindi and English - Excellent follow-up and organizational skills - AV industry knowledge preferred but not mandatory Why Join Us You will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing AV solutions company, gain practical learning in operations and client service, and have a chance for career growth in the technology and service management domain.
