Our portfolio is curated, premium, and designed to stand out. Now we’re ready to scale online — and we need someone who can own our Amazon growth end-to-end. Role Overview: We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Amazon & E-commerce Manager to take charge of our premium product listings on Amazon and other platforms. You’ll build, optimize, and grow our digital storefronts with speed and precision. --- What You’ll Do: Create and optimize listings for Amazon.in (titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords) Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and order processing (FBA/FBM) Set up and optimize Sponsored Ads to drive traffic and conversions Monitor backend KPIs: Buy Box %, return rate, IPI, seller ratings Coordinate with operations for fulfillment sync and customer service Launch and manage listings on new platforms (e.g., BigBasket, JioMart) as needed Report weekly on sales, ad performance, and growth insights --- Who You Are: 2–4 years of Amazon marketplace experience (preferably in F&B, health, or lifestyle) Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ content, ads, and reporting dashboards Experience with FBA + FBM flows Independent, fast-moving, and results-driven Bonus: Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Ads Manager --- Perks: Competitive salary + growth-linked incentives Ownership of your vertical with a growing brand Product tastings, launch experiments, and close access to founders Flexible work setup (Delhi preferred, remote optional) --- To Apply: Email your CV to rudresh@barfecto.com with subject line “Amazon Manager – Barfecto” Or DM us directly here on LinkedIn.
