We Are Hiring Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer (Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Management)

Job Details

Role: Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer – Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities

Handle sourcing of all material in line with company procurement policies
Source, evaluate, and manage vendors (pricing, contracts, payment terms, delivery & quality)
Maintain and update sourcing records, inward & outward reports for purchase
Build and sustain strong supplier relationships
Work closely with suppliers for effective support
Track & report functional metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Streamline procurement processes and ensure balanced buying
Coordinate dispatch and logistics as required

Executive Vice President – Operations
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years

Desired Skills & Competencies

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Strong product knowledge with a quick learning ability
Organized and result-driven approach
Team player with proactive attitude
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Excellent verbal & written communication in English
Proficiency in MS Office & ERP software
