AM / Manager - Business Development

You will be responsible for generating leads in Pharma, Logistics & Warehousing, FMCG, Retails sectors & obtaining RFQs. This will involve taking appointments & meeting customers, as well as conducting market intelligence of competitors. You will also be expected to engage in social networking and marketing activities. Your role will include providing customized solutions and acting as a bridge between customers and management. You will manage customer interactions, foster relationships, make customer calls, and close deals. Additionally, you will prospect, plan, and conduct face-to-face visits with new prospective customers within your assigned territory. Furthermore, you will visit customers and potential clients within your territory and follow up and respond to sales leads. It will be essential for you to remain engaged with customers to maintain relationships and ensure the ongoing success of accounts in collaboration with the local assigned Account Executive/Account Manager. To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience and hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A willingness to travel within your assigned territory is required. Proficiency in English is essential, along with advanced knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology. You should also have proven sales experience in logistics and supply chain management, as well as a strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics services. Key skills for this role include Warehouse Management, 3PL Services, Business Development, Franchisee Development, and Warehouse Sales.,
