Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the instructional design process (ADDIE Model or similar) to design and develop engaging Learning solutions majorly around enhancing competencies and behavioural skills
  • Develop instructionally sound design documents that include performance-based objectives, modules, and target the right audience.
  • Design and develop high-quality, interactive Learning modules using various modalities (Simulations, videos, interactive learning nuggets, performance support materials, gamification). Develop the entire curriculum and courseware and create engaging learning activities and that enhances retention and transfer and enhances the learning process.
  • Create impactful and clear storyboards and learning content for eLearning modules.
  • Develop training manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials
  • Write and design effective assessments to properly measure learning outcomes

  • Deliver and assess training programs to address employee development needs.
  • Conduct training sessions using a variety of delivery methods and facilitates the session to maximize engagement and learning retention.
  • Oversee the administration of LMS, explore and implement innovative learning technologies to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
  • Create and maintain L&D Dashboard for periodic review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the learning experience.

Desired Profile:

  • Post Graduate (preferably in Psychology) with 5 years of overall experience and atleast 2-3 yrs in Instructional designing, content management and eLearning.
  • Strong Instructional Design and curriculum development skills.
  • Excellent research skills
  • Experience using ADDIE model and Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagne's Nine Event of Instructions, etc
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, etc.). Proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and experience with additional tools like Vyond, Filmora, and simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and experience with course authoring and publishing. • Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill
  • Should have worked in a business management environment
  • Excellent command on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to take ownership and multi task
