Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon for an Assistant Manager (AM) in Human Resources (HR). In this role, the Assistant Manager will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure effective personnel management. Responsibilities also include supporting HR operations, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and fostering engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Proficiency in implementing and managing HR Policies and HR Management practices
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role will be an advantage
