To plan & handle Exchange Promotional activities To create channels for liquidation of old tractors, introduce secondary networks To motivate dealer to sell through exchange. To contact with brokers of old tractors. To plan activities in the focused dealerships in states on focused models. Monitoring competition activity in assigned areas, passing on critical information to HQ. Preparation of old tractor customers list to bring prospective of exchange customers to the dealers . State MIS on exchange. Ensure the planned activities are rolled out in alignment with the stake holders Carrying out detailed variance analysis of actual vs. planned activities Drawing out appropriate plan in case of non achievement of plan Continuous upgrading of skills of POs ( technical, behavioral, commercial etc) Drive Application Sales
