The AM/DM HR Payroll will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining data confidentiality. The role will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to optimize payroll systems and processes.
• Oversee and manage the entire payroll process for a thousand employees across multiple locations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
• Manage salary, taxation, full and final settlements, reimbursements, salary advances, and bonus/incentive/variable payouts.
• Stay updated on labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Manage employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues promptly.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in HR Payroll, with at least 2 years of experience in vendor management
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, employee lifecycle, and ESOPs
• Strong knowledge of taxation, expenses/and reimbursements
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll reconciliation.
• Deep understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
