Role Overview: You will be joining the Deal Advisory & Strategy team at KGS, which is a team of over 900 professionals based in Gurgaon and Bangalore. The team provides solutions to KPMG member firms globally by creating customized approaches to M&A transactions through Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Strategy, Business Modeling, Accounting Advisory Services, Deal Advisory Research, and Benchmarking. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support in developing strategies for M&A transactions - Conduct financial analysis and due diligence - Assist in creating business models and financial forecasts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions - Conduct market research and benchmarking studies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Prior experience in deal advisory or related fields is a plus,
