About the Role:

The Assistant Manager Asset Management will oversee the maintenance, utilization, and lifecycle management of mechanical and logistics assets used in Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) operations. This includes batching plants, transit mixers, concrete pumps, and related equipment. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, optimizing costs, and ensuring safety and statutory compliance across all RMC locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update asset register and utilization data for all RMC equipment.
• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Track and analyze equipment performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate logistics for transit mixers and pumps to ensure efficient deployment.
• Ensure compliance with RTO, insurance, safety, and environmental norms.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and spare parts procurement.
• Prepare periodic reports on asset health, maintenance costs, and performance KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering

• Experience:

  48 years in asset or fleet management in RMC / construction equipment / logistics industry
