AM Administrator, Order Processing

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Check commercial aspects of incoming purchase orders.
• Confirm order to customer
• Create, maintain & process orders in ERP system.
• Create order
• Order verification and control
• Prepare and complete invoicing
• Review, and create and/or verify billing summary
• Follow-up & invoicing of secondment
• Warranty cost entries
• Follow-up revised PO from customer, as required
• Finalize and Invoice order
• Customer Portal Administration (Invoices/Orders)
• Follow-up Invoices / Accounts Receivables
• Purchase requisition
• Customer portal Maintenance
• Preparation of documents as and when needed
• Filing of documents in Rigdocs
• Back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as assigned.
