Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Alteryx & Tableau Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building Alteryx workflows, developing advanced Tableau dashboards, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with SQL is considered an added advantage. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain efficient Alteryx workflows for data preparation and automation tasks. Create and optimize advanced Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data sets effectively. Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all developed solutions. Required Skills Proven experience in building and optimizing Alteryx workflows. Strong proficiency in developing advanced Tableau dashboards. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Alteryx Designer Core Certification or equivalent. Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
