Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled ITI Technicians for various roles in Ahmedabad
These positions are critical to maintaining and optimizing the machinery and equipment used in our manufacturing processes If you are an ITI-certified professional with a passion for technical work, we invite you to apply and grow with us

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime Assist in the assembly, installation, and alignment of new machinery Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times Suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance and longevity

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in fitting, assembling, and repairing mechanical or electrical equipment
Knowledge of tools, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Basic understanding of electrical systems (for relevant roles)

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Time management and the ability to work under pressure

Education/Certifications:

ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic, or related trades
Additional certifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance are a plus

Preferred Experience:

0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Freshers with a strong interest in technical work are encouraged to apply Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards
