Roles and Responsibilities

• As part of the Founder’s Office, your responsibilities will include:
• Communications & Documentation
• Managing all group-wide communications end to end.
• Drafting and reviewing all official email communications.
• Preparing proposals, contracts, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Facilitating alignment between the Editing, Creative, and Finance teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely project execution.
• People Operations & Culture
• Supporting hiring and onboarding processes.
• Planning and coordinating cultural initiatives, including team outings and engagement activities.
• Operational & Resource Management
• Overseeing resource planning and allocation across projects.
• Managing weekly and daily agendas, monitoring deadlines, and checking timesheets and task completion.
• Founder Support
• Managing the founder’s schedule, priorities, and task pipeline to ensure optimal time and workflow management.
• Company Building & Internal Improvement
• Driving internal company-building initiatives and supporting process improvements across the organisation.
