Job Description

Your Role

You are a data-driven developer with a strong understanding of customer experience platforms and marketing technologies. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering seamless, personalized customer interactions.

In this role you will play a key role in:

1. Journey Implementation & Logic Design

Build and maintain orchestrated journeys using AJO.
Implement logic for real-time and scheduled delivery using edge-based triggers and behavioral data.

2. Technical Integrations

Integrate mobile apps and websites using AJO APIs and SDKs.
Develop custom actions and third-party system integrations.

3. Channel Management

Configure and optimize delivery across email, push notifications, and SMS.

4. Experimentation & Personalization

Support A/B and multivariate testing.
Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to refine targeting and content.

5. Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor delivery logs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve orchestration logic based on insights.
