Job Description

As an Adobe Campaign & Journey Orchestration Specialist with 4-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of personalized, timely, and effective communications across email, push, and SMS channels. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining orchestrated journeys, implementing logic for real-time and scheduled delivery, managing and optimizing delivery across various channels, supporting A/B testing and multivariate testing for personalized offers, collaborating with analytics and creative teams, monitoring delivery logs and performance metrics, and continuously improving orchestration logic based on data insights and campaign results. To excel in this role, you should have 3-7+ years of proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign (Standard or Classic), a strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization strategies, experience with A/B testing frameworks and campaign proofing, familiarity with delivery monitoring tools and KPI tracking, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.,
