Job Description: As a Senior Portfolio/Program Lead, your role involves acting as the bridge between delivery teams and customer leadership, managing scope, timelines, and expectations across projects and multiple technology teams. You will work closely with customer leadership, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are on track, well-documented, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Drive stakeholder communication, governance & support them on planning for future initiatives - Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations - Coordinate cross-functional project activities and follow up on task completion - Track project progress, risks, and issues, and maintain detailed project documentation - Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on project health, timelines, and deliverables - Help manage change control, scope management, and communication plans - Ensure compliance with internal project governance and documentation standards - Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment - Help prioritize and balance customers' investment across initiatives - Align portfolio decisions with customer strategic objectives - Coordinate stakeholder reporting and risk and dependency management - Report overall program status to customer stakeholders - Optimize resource allocation across projects Qualifications Required: - BE/B. Tech /MBA/MCA in Information Technology, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in project management or project lead roles in an IT/tech environment - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) - Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or Trello) - Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Details (if present): - Immediate joiners only - Budget: 14-22LPA Note: Soft skills required include being a good team player with good communication skills and having good presentation skills.
