Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Executive located in Goregaon. The role involves managing export documentation processes, ensuring all documents are accurate and filed on time. Daily tasks include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with customs, handling document management, and maintaining communication with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Export/Import Documentation and Documentation Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of export procedures and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for document management
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
