Pathetic service. These guys rescheduled my flight without my consent. Trying to reach out to the customer support but no one responds. DGCA should investigate this airline for gastly behavior and fine these idiots.

Worst experience. They don't give 7 kg for infant and take full charges. No customer care services. If we call the helpline number we can listen to the recorded call. No direct interaction with the customer care executive. Never book air …

Excellent customer service. I booked flight from bagdogra to bangalore but mistakenly my surname was wrong but they correction with in 2 hours . Highly anticipated airasia team for your great help

It is the worst airlines till today I have traveled. I strongly recommend not to opt this airlines at all. Food service was very bad. They play their cheap tricks in baggage.

Very very bad and pathetic experience from air asia..my tickets have been got cancelled by the air asia and are not giving my refund.. I have been calling them from past 2 weeks and nobody responds..very very very much disappointed
