I got my tickets booked through Air Asia office at Monarch Hotel at Brigade road. Vijay and his colleagues were just great to plan my entire trip from Bangalore to Delhi to Ajmer and back and then to Chennai. Thank you Vijay.

Pathetic Service. Booked a flight, it got rescheduled without confirmation, trying to reach customer care, no one to check with issue at support end. I request DGCA to take this Airline under enquiry to check with service and flight safety.

The office is not existing at all; but they have the display board. No way to reach them online or on phone.There are rubble inside their ‘so called’ office!!

I'm following up with Air Asia service team for one single invoice details but they failed to answer to my query and they just tell us to visits their twitter, watsapp and many thing but still didnt answered to my querries. Very disappointed being a corporate user.
