Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive (B2C) with hands-on experience in GDS (preferably Amadeus). The candidate should be capable of handling individual clients, providing excellent service, and efficiently managing ticketing and reservations. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and a solid understanding of the airline and travel industry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2C airline ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuance, and modifications using GDS/Amadeus.
• Provide fare quotations, issue tickets, and ensure timely delivery of travel documents to clients.
• Manage customer queries related to flight schedules, seat availability, special requests, and refunds.
• Suggest cost-effective and alternate travel options to clients.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for smooth operations and timely ticket issuance.
• Ensure all reservations are made as per the client’s preferences and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, and customer communications.
• Handle travel-related emergencies and provide timely support to customers.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in airline ticketing, preferably in the B2C/ B2B segment.
• Proficient in using GDS platforms (Amadeus knowledge is a must; Sabre or Galileo is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of airline fare rules, issuance, reissuance, and refunds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
