We specialize in customized domestic & international tour packages, air ticketing, foreign exchange services, and medical tourism solutions. We are looking for an Air Ticket Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international air ticket booking, reissuance, and cancellation.
• Work on GDS/CRS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) to issue and manage tickets.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and best flight options to clients.
• Maintain knowledge of airline rules, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve ticketing issues, flight schedule changes, refunds, and revalidations.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and customers for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper documentation for bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• Upsell travel services like insurance, hotel, and transfers whenever possible.
• Maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in air ticketing (domestic & international).
• Hands-on experience with GDS/CRS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Strong knowledge of airline fares, routes, and ticketing procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve queries quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism diploma preferred).

Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience and skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Barasat, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
