Air Export Executive

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for supporting air freight operations. This includes coordinating end-to-end air shipments, managing customer communication, handling new inquiries, negotiating with airlines, and ensuring the smooth execution of shipments from initiation to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Effectively communicating with customers regarding shipment status, requirements, and queries. - Handling new inquiries for both nominated and freehand shipments. - Negotiating rates and space with airlines to ensure cost-effective and timely service. - Creating and managing shipment jobs in the internal system, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation. - Planning and coordinating the complete shipment cycle from pickup to delivery, ensuring compliance and efficiency. - Following up with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow. - Maintaining updated records of all shipment activities and customer communications. To qualify for this position, you are required to have: - Basic knowledge of air cargo processes and airline negotiation. - Ability to handle multiple shipments and inquiries simultaneously. - Good command of written and spoken English.,
