We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AIOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience in deploying and managing AI agents in scalable, secure, and automated production environments. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure (AKS/EKS), implementing event-driven auto-scaling, and integrating AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock. You will work at the intersection of DevOps, AI, and infrastructure, ensuring that AI agents are deployed efficiently, securely, and reliably. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and manage AI agents across cloud-native environments (Azure/AWS) Promote and integrate Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) for AI applications Set up and maintain Kubernetes clusters using AKS or EKS Register and manage Docker containers for AI workloads Integrate Azure AI Foundry and/or AWS Bedrock into production pipelines Configure load balancers and DNS entries for scalable AI agent access Install and configure Ingress Controllers (e.g., NGINX, Traefik) in Kubernetes environments Implement auto-scaling policies and manage infrastructure elasticity using native tools or KEDA for event-driven scenarios Ensure infrastructure security best practices including access control, secrets management, and traffic policies Use Helm charts to manage complex Kubernetes deployments and upgrades Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI services Troubleshoot deployment failures and performance bottlenecks in containerized environments Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years in DevOps, AIOps, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Hands-on experience with AKS, EKS, Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes-native tools Proficiency in integrating with LLMs and AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock) Experience with KEDA, Horizontal Pod Autoscaler, or similar event-driven scaling solutions Strong scripting skills: Python, Bash, or equivalent Familiarity with Vector DBs and their role in AI workflows (nice to have) Working knowledge of CI/CD, observability tools, and monitoring platforms Experience implementing security and compliance controls in cloud-native deployments Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Experience: Azure: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
