AI/ML Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer & Trainer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions while also training teams and clients on AI/ML concepts, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in machine learning engineering along with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI/ML Development

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → model training → deployment).
• Develop and optimize algorithms for prediction, classification, NLP, computer vision, etc.
• Integrate ML models into production systems using APIs or cloud services.
• Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models to maintain performance.

Training & Mentorship

• Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions on AI/ML topics.
• Explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible language.
• Prepare training materials such as slides, code samples, and project assignments.
• Mentor junior developers and guide AI/ML project teams.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience with machine learning model development, training, tuning, and deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.
• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and modern transformer-based models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create training content and teach diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building RAG systems, fine-tuning LLMs, or deploying model APIs.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or mentor.
• Certification in AI/ML or cloud technologies.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
