Job Title: AI / ML Engineer

Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Specialization: Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
Location: Indore (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world use cases
• Work on Rasa chatbot development and conversational AI projects
• Develop and optimize YOLO-based object detection models (e.g., number plate detection)
• Build and train Machine Learning models using real project data
• Work on NLP and Computer Vision–based applications
• Handle client meetings and understand business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for large-scale AI projects
• Maintain proper documentation and model performance reports

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong background in Machine Learning & AI concepts
• Hands-on experience with:
• Rasa Chatbots
• YOLO / Object Detection Models
• Practical exposure to at least 2 real-time projects
• Minimum 1 NLP project
• Minimum 1 Computer Vision project
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with libraries & frameworks:
• PyTorch, Keras
• Pandas, NumPy
• Good understanding of DSA & Data Structures
• Knowledge of ML model training, testing, and optimization
• Strong technical foundation with problem-solving skills

Communication & Soft Skills:

• Good English communication skills
• Ability to participate in client meetings
• Capability to explain AI/ML solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Eligibility:

• 1–2 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer
• Technical background (Engineering / CS / AI / ML preferred)
• Candidates who can work on advanced AI projects independently
• AI/ML specialization is mandatory
