AI/ML Engineer – Stealth Project 📍 Location: Hyderabad (In-person) 🧠 Experience: 0-3 years 💼 Full-time | Immediate Start About the Project We’re building something bold — a stealth-mode AI initiative designed to push boundaries in how humans and machines work together. About the Role We’re seeking a AI/ML Engineer to join our early team and co-create a powerful AI Agent from scratch. This isn’t just another role — it’s a hands-on opportunity to shape the architecture, direction, and soul of a next-generation AI system. You will work on agentic frameworks, LLMs, and NLP pipelines , and build systems that can reason, learn, and act autonomously — all while optimizing for speed, accuracy, and scalability. Responsibilities Design and implement intelligent systems using LLMs , agentic frameworks , and NLP pipelines . Work on multi-agent workflows , prompt chaining, memory stores, and task decomposition. Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, memory, and autonomous decision-making Build and test autonomous AI agents that operate in real-time environments. Push the boundaries of human-AI interaction — in code, not theory Rapidly test, learn, and iterate in a startup-style, 0-to-1 environment Requirements 0-3 years of hands-on experience in Python and AI / ML . Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing . Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, HuggingFace, etc.). Exposure to agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.) is a big plus. Ability to write clean, modular code and rapidly prototype AI-driven features. Self-driven, curious, and excited about building from 0 to 1. Why Join Us?
