AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

We are building an intelligent, emotionally aware AI advisory ecosystem with secure agent-to-agent communication. We are looking for experienced AI/ML Engineers who are passionate about conversational AI, LLM fine-tuning, and self-learning systems to join our core technical team. You will play a critical role in building, training, and refining our models for real-time advisory generation and agent collaboration. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) for advisory use cases. ● Implement adaptive learning mechanisms for model self-improvement from user interaction data. ● Develop and optimize vector search using Pinecone or FAISS for memory/context retrieval. ● Work on sentiment detection and emotion-aware responses using NLP and affective computing. ● Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate ML pipelines into production. ● Ensure models adhere to ethical AI practices, privacy laws (e.g., DPDP), and fairness standards. Required Skills & Experience: ● Proven experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, or equivalent ML frameworks. ● Strong foundation in NLP, LLMs, and embedding-based search. ● Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and performance benchmarking. ● Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) and retrieval-augmented generation. ● Understanding of security, privacy, and bias mitigation in ML. ● Experience with AWS/GCP/ML Ops is a plus. Nice to Have: ● Experience with agent-based architectures or multi-agent systems. ● Published research or open-source contributions in NLP or ML.
