AI/ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer in Gurugram with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning solutions in various domains such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, computer vision, and natural language processing. You will be responsible for employing advanced methodologies like Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs), Reinforcement Learning, and Generative Models (GANs) to optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning techniques. Your expertise will be crucial in developing scalable ETL pipelines using Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark for processing large-scale and streaming data from sources like satellite imagery and IoT devices. Additionally, you will integrate structured and unstructured data from APIs, databases, and big data platforms to ensure model-ready datasets through data preprocessing activities. Staying updated with state-of-the-art ML techniques such as Transfer Learning, Transformer models, and AutoML will be essential for algorithm research. You will also innovate and adapt algorithms for specialized domains like geospatial analysis, environmental modeling, and cybersecurity. Rapid prototyping and experimentation to validate innovative approaches will be part of your responsibilities. In terms of deployment and performance monitoring, you will deploy ML models using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and Azure. Setting up CI/CD pipelines for model updates, versioning, and implementing monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana for performance tracking are key aspects of your role. Collaborating closely with data engineers, developers, domain experts, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into business products will be crucial. Leading and mentoring junior team members, enforcing coding standards, and promoting knowledge sharing through documentation and code reviews will also be expected from you. Your tech stack should include Python (FastAPI, Django) for backend, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn for AI/ML, Apache Kafka, Spark, NiFi for Data Engineering, and PostgreSQL with TimescaleDB for databases. In addition, familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, and Media Processing tools like OpenCV, FFmpeg, Tesseract OCR, Wav2Vec2 is required. For this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in ML/AI, strong Python skills, proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, experience with Hugging Face Transformers, expertise in Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, and familiarity with big data platforms. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD practices, cloud platforms, and model serving frameworks is essential. A solid understanding of evaluation metrics, model tuning, and inference efficiency is also required. Soft skills such as excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in mentoring, and working in agile, cross-functional teams are highly valued. Being self-driven, curious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields from a reputed institution is preferred for this role.,
