Job Description

We are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development & Optimization:

Design, train, and optimize ASR models using real-world data.
Apply deep learning techniques to improve model accuracy and robustness.
Use frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ASR toolkits such as Kaldi or HTK.

Deployment & MLOps:

Deploy models into production environments.
Collaborate with infrastructure and data engineering teams to maintain scalable data pipelines.
Implement continuous training and evaluation workflows.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Speech Recognition, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Python or C++.
Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and speech technologies.
Experience with MLOps practices, bilingual ASR model design, and cloud-based deployment.

Grade: 4 to 6 years (B2)

Qualicafication: Any (Except B.com, B.sc, BA, B B A, M Com)

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Python or C++.
